MicroStrategy Incorporated is seeking a driven and talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth within the Nordics and Netherlands region.

As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and ultimately facilitating connections between prospects and our Enterprise Account Executives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for MicroStrategy's solutions.
  • Engage prospects through a variety of channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms, to generate interest and schedule meetings.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to support inbound lead generation efforts and enhance pipeline development.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress within our CRM system.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new sales methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a Business Development role, preferably within the SaaS software industry, particularly in the AI/BI sector.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English, with Swedish or Dutch language skills being a significant advantage.
