Role Overview:

The Supplier Onboarding Analyst will be an integral member of our procurement team, responsible for ensuring that our supplier onboarding processes are conducted with the utmost integrity and compliance. This role is essential in maintaining the trust and reputation of the National Lottery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential suppliers, verifying their identity, legal status, ownership structure, and financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the supplier onboarding process.
  • Support the Social Value team in fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
  • Promote sustainable and responsible procurement practices aligned with Allwyn's Social Value framework.
  • Review and validate supplier documentation, including business licenses and financial statements.
  • Assess risks associated with new suppliers and collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to gather necessary documentation and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier information and compliance activities in the designated system.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely execution of the onboarding process.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on supplier onboarding and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practices in supplier onboarding.
  • Generate reports on supplier onboarding activities and compliance status for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in supplier onboarding, compliance, or a related field.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in supplier due diligence.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for documentation management.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
