**Duties of a Hales Care Assistant**

* Provide companionship
* Support with physical and social activities
* Assist with personal care tasks, e.g. dressing, showering and bathing
* Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of our service users
* Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
* Support with medication, mobility, and other care needs
