About the RoleAs a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to clients who have a range of needs, including tetraplegia, skeletal disorders, brain injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, tracheostomy, autism, and challenging behavior. You will work with clients who require assistance with personal care, medication management, bowel management, and feeding assistance.
Shift PatternsWe offer various shift patterns, including 2.15pm to 9pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9am to 9pm Tuesday and Thursday, and 9am to 9pm weekends. You will be required to work some weekends and be flexible to meet the needs of our clients.
What We OfferWe provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role. Requirements- Previous experience in care work
