About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Home Care Direct. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility
  • Assist clients with community activities, such as shopping, social events, and appointments
  • Support clients with mental health needs, including providing emotional support and encouragement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure
  • Full, valid UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to commit to long-term care for one client
  • Willingness to be trained to CQC standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
