About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at J C Michael Groups Ltd. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional quality of care to our clients in the comfort and security of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-to-one care to clients with complex health needs, including respiratory care, gastrostomy care, and continence care.
  • Work in partnership with NHS continuing healthcare teams to provide enhanced levels of clinical support.
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in healthcare, with training provided for the right candidate.
  • Experience working with complex care would be an advantage.
  • Full UK Driving Licence/International Driving Licence with access to own vehicle required for the role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring, compassionate attitude.
  • Ability to commit to regular shifts between Monday and Sunday.
  • Online DBS only for the immediate start.
  • Right to Work in the UK - no sponsorship provided.
