Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care and support to our clients in and around the Southend area.

About the Role

As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to clients who have a range of needs, including tetraplegia, skeletal disorders, brain injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, tracheostomy, autism, and challenging behavior. You will work with clients who require assistance with personal care, medication management, bowel management, and feeding assistance.

Shift Patterns

We offer various shift patterns, including 2.15pm to 9pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9am to 9pm Tuesday and Thursday, and 9am to 9pm weekends. You will be required to work some weekends and be flexible to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in care work
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Subject to a DBS check and references
  • The Right to Work in the UK
