  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with a range of needs, including tetraplegia, skeletal disorders, brain injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, tracheostomy, autism, and challenging behavior.
  • Assist with personal care, medication management, feeding assistance, bowel management, and pressure sore treatment.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care work, preferably in a specialist setting.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • DBS clearance and references.
  • Right to work in the UK.
