About the Role

As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to clients with a range of needs, including tetraplegia, skeletal disorders, brain injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, tracheostomy, autism, and challenging behavior. You will work with clients who require assistance with personal care, medication management, feeding, and bowel management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Manage medication and administer as required
  • Assist with feeding and bowel management
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care and support work
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Subject to DBS check and references
  • Right to work in the UK
