**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Sales Assistant to manage our online sales platforms, including Ebay and our company website, to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and optimize online sales channels, including Ebay and the company website.
  • Provide excellent customer service through online platforms, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor and analyze online sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the in-store team to ensure product availability and accurate online listings.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of online promotions and sales events.
  • Handle the processing of online orders, including packing and dispatching where necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, including human hair, wigs, clip-ins, ponytails, synthetic hair, and cosmetics.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in online sales, preferably within the hair and cosmetics industry.
  • Familiarity with selling platforms such as Ebay and managing online stores.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on online communication.
  • Knowledge of hair products, particularly human hair, wigs, and Afro and European cosmetics.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Proficiency in using online sales tools and platforms.
  • Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
