Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the care home, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in the absence of their duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the care home.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement care programs that promote the growth and independence of our residents.
  • Engage with residents, their families, and external care professionals to understand their needs and provide excellent care services.

Requirements:

  • Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care.
  • Have a good working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
  • Be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, residents, and external partners.
