About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team at Lka People Ltd. In this vital role, you will assist in managing the operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the care home, including staff supervision and coordination of care services.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the Care Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
