Deputy Care Home Manager Job Opportunity

An exciting new role has arisen for a dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager to work in a residential care home based in the Diss, Norfolk area.

This exceptional care home provides care and support to residential, respite, and residential dementia individuals.

As a Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Home Manager to manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring service users receive the highest standards of professional support, promoting growth, and independence.
  • Promoting ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs within the home.
  • Engaging with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent services of care.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing teams.

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 per annum.

This permanent full-time role is for 40 hours a week, working through day shifts.
