As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the service, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of professional support and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of care programs, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of professional support and care.
  • Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care plans.
  • Engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent services of care.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing teams.
  • Ensure that our service meets the highest standards of care, as set out by the CQC.
