About the Role

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our exceptional care home in the Diss, Ipswich area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff and resources to ensure that each resident enjoys a dignified and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage staff and resources to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Work closely with the Clinical Lead and wider healthcare and hospitality teams to ensure consistent quality of care and service
  • Report to the regional Operations Manager and create a vision for the home to achieve continuous improvement and excellence
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with residents, their families, professional contacts, and multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience of managing a nursing home or similar care setting
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards and ability to work towards achieving Outstanding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector
  • Enthusiasm and passion for developing high-level person-centered care
  • Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service
