We're seeking a talented individual to join our thriving commercial team at Vertical Advantage, a leading company in the industry. As a National Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive sales growth in the Grocery Channel and work closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a Key Grocery Account and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and deliver company vision.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to build support plans and execute them with customers.
  • Deliver business KPIs within your accounts and ownership of the pricing and promotional strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and act as a Brand Ambassador for Vertical Advantage.
  • Provide internal P&L reporting and volume and value forecasting.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 2 years FMCG Sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Ideal experience working on a grocery account and managing a P&L.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for growth and development.
