Job Title – Commercial Account Executive
Contract – Permanent
Salary – £55,000
Role:
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through sales and retention efforts. Hybrid working is also available.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the commercial segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within commercial accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to commercial clients.
- Proactively monitor and analyse account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize customer retention and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 5 years commercial insurance experience in a client-facing role.
- Proven track record dealing with a broad range of accounts including construction, property, professional indemnity, general combined & fleets.
- Proven track record of success in commercial insurance account management, sales, and servicing accounts.
- Strong understanding of commercial business operations and challenges.
- Conducting client presentations with commercial clients.
- Analysing sales data and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop customised solutions for commercial clients.
- Nurturing relationships with existing commercial accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's commercial client base.
- Driving Licence required.
