About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at (SLS) Scientific Laboratory Supplies Ltd.

As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide second-to-none customer service to our clients, responding to their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, customer service teams, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to senior team members as necessary.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
