Key Responsibilities- Sales and Purchasing Support: Engage in sales processing and purchasing activities, ensuring smooth operations.
- Invoice Management: Liaise with the purchase ledger team and suppliers to resolve any invoicing issues.
- Fleet Management: Oversee the in-house fleet, managing transport costs, preparation jobs, and communication with relevant branches.
- Equipment Procurement: Handle the purchasing of sales equipment efficiently.
- Contract Management: Facilitate the closing of contracts, equipment, sites, and customer accounts.
- Reporting: Generate the monthly contract renewals report utilizing data from finance companies and ERP systems.
- Sales Support: Assist sales managers with their monthly return reports.
- Sales Pack Verification: Review the sales pack, ensuring all necessary documentation, including quotes, is accurate.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Conduct customer and management reporting using Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
- Data Management: Perform data cleansing on job stock issues, goods receipt notes, and returns notes.
Excel Proficiency: A strong command of Excel, with knowledge of advanced functions preferred.
Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a Sales Support or Purchasing role that aligns with the responsibilities outlined.
