Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our project teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including data entry, document management, and correspondence
  • Organize and manage project schedules, deadlines, and milestones
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations
  • Support the wider team with preparation of documents and policies in line with industry standards and legislation
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle correspondence related to projects
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success

Requirements

  • A solid background in administrative support, preferably within the construction industry or from a technical administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
