About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at The Channel Recruiter Ltd. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will provide efficient and effective end-to-end administrative support for our Sales Business Unit, ensuring the provision of an excellent customer experience and meeting/exceeding all agreed targets/SLA's/KPI's.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders received on preferred systems efficiently and accurately within agreed service level with minimum error rate targets.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner, using different methods such as email, phone, and other implemented technologies.
  • Provide comprehensive end-to-end administrative coordination for all orders received, including order processing, back order processing, and reporting.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with significant experience of working in a customer service environment, with experience of working under pressure and to deadlines. As well as experience of working in a team environment with shared goals.
