Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Urology Pathway Administrator to join our dynamic team within the Urology Department. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and possess strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Urology secretariat by managing outpatient appointments and ensuring seamless patient pathways.
  • Work closely with clinical staff, including secretaries and consultants, to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Utilize your administrative expertise to assist in training and development initiatives within the department.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of outpatient administrative processes and the relevant policies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong command of English, equivalent to O level/GCSE (A-C grade) or higher.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in typing clinical correspondence and familiarity with NHS systems is advantageous.
