**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Pathway Team Leader. This role will involve supporting the development of our services across various sites, working closely with administrators and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and develop administrative protocols and processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage a team of administration staff, including involvement in HR processes and staff development.
- Oversee waiting list management and implement strategies to reduce waiting times.
- Support the delivery of training and development programs for administration staff.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to develop service needs and improve patient outcomes.
- Work closely with Pathway Team Leader colleagues to maintain and develop our services.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff at all levels.
- Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
