About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pathway Team Leader to join our team at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our services across various sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and develop administrative protocols and processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and supervise a team of administrators, including involvement in HR processes.
  • Oversee waiting list management and ensure timely patient flow.
  • Support the delivery of training and development programs for administrative staff.
