About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our urban heritage team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our role in urban heritage and green spaces in Birmingham and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support multidisciplinary and multi-organisational teams with the running of projects, including at the Clent Hills.
  • Organize and administer meetings and minutes, keep on top of all project activity, and research and present information.
  • Provide a clear audit trail for decisions and activities undertaken within the project, regularly reporting on the progress of the project against budgets, programme of work and funding.
  • Support project communications, building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders and other members of the project teams.
  • Support the wider urban strategy across the Midlands & East of England as we look to expand our work to new urban areas.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of project processes and systems, including procurement, finance and reporting, gained through practical experience.
  • Good people and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Strong experience of budgeting and data analysis, with the ability to collate, maintain, analyze, and prepare data for reporting purposes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and successfully handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work well both in a team and on your own initiative.
