About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our Innovation and Partnership Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our 8 Hills project, a substantial programme of work aimed at improving people's access to nature, beauty, and history.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of project plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Identify and realize community involvement and partnership opportunities, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage digital and print resources, monitor software, and provide targeted on-the-ground support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for consultants, operational colleagues, partners, and suppliers.
  • Highlight risks and issues to the Project Manager, supporting mitigation efforts and project evaluation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and community group engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills to navigate novel challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong working relationships.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work at pace.
