About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Urban Project Coordinator to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our project team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our urban strategy across the Midlands and East of England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support project teams with the running of projects, including organizing meetings and minutes, and keeping track of project activity.
  • Research and present information to provide an efficient and effective business support service.
  • Provide a clear audit trail for decisions and activities undertaken within the project, and regularly report on progress against budgets and program of work.
  • Support project communications and relationships with stakeholders and other project team members.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of project processes and systems, including procurement, finance, and reporting.
  • Good people and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Strong experience of budgeting and data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
