Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a chef or in a related role
  • Food hygiene level 2 certification (dated within the last three years)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and hours
