Role Overview

As a Lead Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the sales team to meet their objectives in alignment with financial targets. Your responsibilities will include managing daily inquiries and coordinating events, ensuring that our high standards are consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales goals in accordance with the Meetings & Events budget.
  • Overseeing the inquiry-to-contract process to ensure timely responses.
  • Communicating updated pricing strategies to the sales team.
  • Supervising the sales team to enhance conversion rates.
  • Monitoring the performance and workload of event sales coordinators.
  • Analyzing sales activities to guide strategic business decisions.
  • Providing regular financial updates to senior management.
  • Contributing to the budgeting process.
  • Ensuring compliance and accuracy in client contracts and event documentation.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a seasoned Events Coordinator with:

  • Extensive experience in a hotel events department.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • A background in large-scale conference environments.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • A proven track record of meeting individual sales targets.
  • Experience managing the inquiry-to-contract process effectively.
