We are embarking on an exciting new phase at The Belfry, with a significant expansion and renovation initiative underway. This project represents an investment exceeding £80 million, enhancing our facilities with the addition of a new event space, The Masters Suite, 149 additional rooms, and a cutting-edge leisure club.

Role Overview

As a Morning Room Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a delightful breakfast experience. This position involves preparing and delivering breakfast trays to guest rooms, which can be physically demanding due to the weight of the trays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a courteous and friendly demeanor.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish.
  • Engage confidently with guests about our menu offerings and suggest enhancements.
  • Take orders and proactively meet guests' needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards.
  • Assist in various outlets as needed to ensure smooth operations across the resort.
