Job Description:

Recruit UK is working with a forward-thinking financial services company in Sutton Coldfield to find an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to work in a dynamic and unique financial services environment. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional client service and have a strong background in administration, this could be the perfect role for you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Checking fact finds and preparing authority letters
  • Preparing review packs and creating new client packs
  • Updating the CRM system and liaising with clients over the telephone
