Position Overview: We are in search of a vibrant and committed Music Educator to join our enthusiastic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire and engage students in the captivating subject of Music. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the academic and personal growth of our diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging and informative Music lessons tailored to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that motivates students.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance learning experiences and encourage active participation.
  • Regularly assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to aid their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, lesson plans, and innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues to foster strong partnerships and ensure student success.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Music or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching credential.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching Music at the secondary level, with a proven record of student success.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for imparting it to others.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students from various backgrounds.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and the pursuit of teaching excellence.
