Women's Aid in Luton is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the position of Education & Training/Volunteer Coordinator. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to supporting women and children affected by gender-based violence and exploitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Volunteer Management: Oversee the day-to-day administration and supervision of volunteers, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality support to our clients.
  • Education and Training: Coordinate the educational and training program offered by Women's Aid in Luton, developing and delivering engaging and informative sessions that meet the needs of our clients and volunteers.
Requirements
  • Passion and Commitment: You are deeply committed to supporting women and children affected by gender-based violence and exploitation.
  • Experience: You have previous experience in volunteer coordination, education, or training roles, preferably within the charity sector.
  • Skills: Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and motivating volunteers and stakeholders.
