Estates Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estates Coordinator to join our team at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational maintenance, project management, and statutory compliance aspects of estate management. This will include advising and assisting the Senior Estates Manager on technical matters, managing external advisors/contractors, and ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver operational maintenance and project management aspects of estate management
- Advise and assist the Senior Estates Manager on technical matters
- Manage external advisors/contractors
- Ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate diploma in an engineering or building services related subject, degree-level education in a relevant discipline, and evidence of continuing development. They will also have extensive experience working in a construction or similar environment, project management experience, and budget management skills.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £46,148 to £52,809 per annum, plus on-call allowance. The successful candidate will also have access to a programme of high-quality training and development to help them grow their career.
