Job Title: Estates Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estates Coordinator to join our team at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational maintenance, project management, and statutory compliance aspects of estate management. This will include advising and assisting the Senior Estates Manager on technical matters, managing external advisors/contractors, and ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver operational maintenance and project management aspects of estate management
  • Advise and assist the Senior Estates Manager on technical matters
  • Manage external advisors/contractors
  • Ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Post-graduate Diploma in an engineering or building services related subject
  • Degree-level education in a relevant discipline or demonstrable comparable experience
  • Evidence of Continuing Development
  • Authorised Persons
Working Arrangements

This post is based at the Luton and Dunstable Hospital but will require travel across Trust sites. The post holder will be expected to participate in the on-call rota service for out of hours emergency calls, with some weekend and evening work whilst on call.
