About the Position:
This dynamic and growing restaurant organization is seeking a People and Culture Partner to enhance the workplace atmosphere. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in managing HR functions across various locations. The position is primarily administrative, emphasizing data oversight and HR methodologies. You will autonomously handle employee relations (ER) matters, which includes conducting inquiries and leading termination discussions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure precision in HR analytics, employee documentation, and compliance oversight.
- Effectively manage ER situations.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and policy execution.
- Implement HR initiatives that align with organizational objectives, managing tasks and timelines efficiently.
- Uphold current and compliant HR standards.
- Promote a constructive workplace through engagement strategies and feedback systems.
Required Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 certification is essential.
- Demonstrated HR expertise with a significant emphasis on data management.
- Capability to independently navigate ER issues.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
- Familiarity with employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Composed and effective decision-making abilities.
