About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Anavo Group LTD. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager and Clinical Lead in creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents, promoting high standards of professional practice.
  • Meet the care needs of residents, ensuring their dignity, privacy, safety, and independence are respected and maintained.
  • Act as a supportive and effective leader, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
  • Attend all in-house and external training as required, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and regulations.
  • Perform all nursing duties to a high standard, prioritizing the needs of residents and ensuring their care is delivered with compassion and empathy.
  • Conduct thorough physical and psychological assessments of new residents, identifying their unique needs and developing personalized care plans.
  • Administer medication safely and accurately, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing the risk of burnout.
  • Register with relevant professional bodies, maintaining up-to-date registration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
