Executive Assistant - remote based Location: United Kingdom - home based with regular travel to London

We are currently seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join our team in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate in a dynamic environment, engaging with various internal and external stakeholders both domestically and internationally.
  • Collaborate with fellow assistants within the organization to provide essential support, playing a crucial role in the company's growth and ensuring seamless service through flexible coverage.
  • Deliver comprehensive assistance to multiple Partners located in the London office, anticipating their requirements effectively.
  • Proactively manage schedules and coordinate meetings internally and with clients, fostering strong relationships with other assistants in the firm and at client organizations.
  • Organize intricate domestic and international travel arrangements, coordinating with project team members as necessary.
  • Oversee action updates and follow-up tracking related to the work areas of your Partners, attending meetings as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for your Partners as needed.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders at all levels, as well as relevant client contacts, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Support Partners with business expense submissions, ensuring timely submission ahead of deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Central Functions colleagues on London office initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance our internal processes continuously.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in an assistant role or similar, providing support to multiple senior executives.
  • Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment, characterized by a fast-paced atmosphere and global operations across various time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize a busy schedule effectively.
  • Commitment to completing tasks, often under tight deadlines and challenging circumstances.
  • Adaptability to thrive in an environment where responsibilities may shift rapidly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Enjoyment in working collaboratively as part of a team, providing support to colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel to London regularly for in-person meetings with colleagues.
