Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Internal Sales Consultant to become part of our energetic sales team.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with nurturing customer relationships, processing orders, and assisting the sales team in meeting organizational goals.

This position demands a comprehensive understanding of the steel sector, outstanding communication abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and sustain robust relationships with current and prospective clients, discerning their requirements, and offering customized solutions.-

Order Processing:
Efficiently manage customer orders, ensuring prompt delivery and compliance with specifications.

Quotations and Pricing: Generate and present precise quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on client inquiries to finalize sales.

Inventory Management:

Collaborate with the inventory team to guarantee product availability, oversee stock levels, and manage logistics to fulfill customer demands.-

Sales Support:

Provide assistance to the external sales team by supplying relevant product details, market insights, and customer feedback to aid in achieving sales objectives.-

Market Research:
Remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to uncover new sales opportunities.

Reporting: Keep precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the CRM system, offering regular updates to management.

Problem Resolution:
Address customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring satisfactory resolutions and maintaining strong client relationships.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with other departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in internal sales, ideally within the steel sector or related fields.

Product Knowledge:
Solid understanding of steel products, grades, and applications.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
