Job Description

Job Title: Client Pension Associate

Location: Remote

Reports to: Team Manager / Head of Pensions Department

Department: Human Resources

What You'll Do:

  • Learn the Ropes: Develop a deep understanding of education pension systems and procedures.
  • Master the Rules: Familiarize yourself with the Local Government and Teachers' Pension Schemes.
  • Process Pension Forms: Accurately process pension forms and returns for starters, leavers, changes, and more.
  • Handle the Details: Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly pension returns.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with payroll teams, schools, and pension schemes to resolve any pension-related queries.
  • Grow Your Knowledge: Develop a well-rounded understanding of education pension fundamentals.
  • Be Flexible: Be prepared to take on ad hoc duties as required.
