We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Pension Associate to join our team at IRIS Software Group. As a key member of our pension services team, you will play a vital role in delivering our top-notch education pension service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education Pension Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of education pension systems and procedures, including Local Government and Teachers' Pension Schemes.
  • Pension Form Processing: Process pension forms and returns for starters, leavers, changes, and more, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with payroll teams, schools, and pension schemes to resolve any pension-related queries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge Growth: Continuously develop and expand your understanding of education pension fundamentals, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
