About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pension Services Specialist to join our team at IRIS Networx Services. As a key member of our pension services team, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our education pension service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of education pension systems and procedures.
  • Process pension forms and returns for starters, leavers, changes, and other relevant events.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of monthly pension returns.
  • Liaise with payroll teams, schools, and pension schemes to resolve pension-related queries.
  • Work towards demonstrating a rounded knowledge of education pension fundamentals.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the team.
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work additional hours when necessary.
