Job Summary:

Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and account management.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pareto's software solutions and their applications in various industries.
  • Manage and track sales performance to ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of SDR experience with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Experience with sales tools and platforms such as LinkedIn SalesNav, Cognism, and other relevant sales generation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
