About the Company
The company is a well-established player in the UK fleet market, known for its customer-first approach and exceptional customer experience. They provide full fleet management and funding solutions to a multitude of companies across the UK, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships with their clients.
About the Role
The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region, targeting corporate clients with fleet sizes of 50 and above. This will involve strategic mapping of the area, contacting prospects, preparing proposals, and leading negotiations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients
- Prepare and present proposals to secure new business
- Lead negotiations and close deals
- Deliver timely onboarding process for new clients
Requirements
- Proven business development and networking skills
- Demonstrated experience of exceeding individual or targets/KPIs
- Previous experience in a sales or account management role
- Demonstrated ability to present confidently and professionally in a variety of settings
- Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and consistently adapt products/services offering to attract and/or retain new/existing customers
