About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of both tenants and property owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial units in Kent, introducing yourself to key contacts and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
  • Tenant Relations: Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Contractor Management: Collaborate with contractors and service providers to coordinate repairs and maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lease Administration: Oversee lease agreements, including tenant screenings and lease renewals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and utilities companies, using your excellent communication skills to engage at all levels and resolve issues effectively.
  • Emergency Response: Deal with emergencies in a calm and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Team Management: Oversee a small maintenance team, allocating work and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all associated administration, including files, reports, and plans, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in property management or a related field, ideally within the commercial sector.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism.
  • Qualifications: Valid driver's license.
