Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the property sector? Our client, a prominent name in property management with over three decades of experience, is in search of a skilled and dedicated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties.

In this role, you will be entrusted with the management of four commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards while addressing the needs of both tenants and property owners. This position offers a comprehensive support system, allowing for a smooth transition as you familiarize yourself with the properties and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties and establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Addressing tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinating with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
  • Managing lease agreements, including tenant screenings and renewals.
  • Communicating effectively with contractors, suppliers, and utility companies.
  • Responding to emergencies with composure and efficiency.
  • Supervising a small maintenance team and delegating tasks appropriately.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to property management.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a background in property management, particularly within the commercial sector, and will thrive in a dynamic environment where each day presents new challenges.

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
