Job Description:

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled and committed Property Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract.
  • You will work closely with the current manager, ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining the high standards of our property management services.
  • As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely rent collection, and maintaining excellent relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • You will also be involved in business development, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our commercial property management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including rent collection, property maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the current manager to ensure a smooth transition and maintain high standards of property management services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and other external partners.
  • Contribute to the development of business plans, budgets, and financial reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial property management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of identifying new opportunities and driving growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in property management software a plus.
