Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Leadership Position to join our B2B Sales team at Humres - Construction Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading one of our Third Party Intermediary (TPI) teams and driving sales growth in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the TPI team, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with energy consultants, brokers, and intermediaries to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Lead complex TPI opportunities from initiation to closure, ensuring successful outcomes and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a channel sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Maximize sales conversion rates for retention and acquisition, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends.
  • Assess and meet partner sales needs, providing tailored solutions and support to drive business growth.
  • Cross-promote the company brand and products, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all sales channels.
  • Provide line management and budgetary oversight to team members, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to environmental responsibility.
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex sales strategies and tactics.
  • Understanding of the energy industry, including market trends, regulations, and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of the TPI B2B energy market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Strong analytical, relationship-building, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Leadership with a coaching focus, with experience in developing and mentoring sales teams.
