We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Call Handler to join our team in a part-time, on-site position. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.58 per hour and a flexible schedule with 25 hours per week, 5-hour shifts per day, Monday to Sunday, shifts between 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
