About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Call Centre Representative. As a key member of our NHS 111 Wales Service, you will be responsible for answering calls from the public and providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls from the public and responding to their queries in a professional and empathetic manner
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent patient care and support
- Using critical thinking skills to make informed decisions and resolve complex issues
- Communicating effectively with patients and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent
- Experience of dealing with the public on the phone and working as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
